By maximizing the width of both the roller body and track shoe roll path we are able to increase the contact surface area between the two by approximately 20%, which allows the load to be more evenly dispersed over a greater area.  We also have redesigned the internal structure of the track shoe to eliminate roll path crushing, modified the tumbler and guide rails to accommodate the wider roll path, and employ our proven RECO SPLINED FRONT IDLER to complete the system.  All of the modifications combined play an intricate roll in significantly improving product life and minimizing the frequency at which maintenance needs to be performed.
